Shipping, Returns and Cancellation Policy


We offer International Shipping to most countries and you will be able to see the costs once you select the country during the checkout process. International shipments are sometimes subject to special duties and fees that vary by country so you may be required to pay them separately when your order is cleared through customs.

All items sold on our website are shipped from India. Most orders are shipped in 1 to 3 business days of your purchase. Below are the general guidelines of delivery time.


Standard Shipping:

Processing time : 3 to 5 business days

Delivery time : 15-20 days after shipping (may take more in case of special order items).

Expedited Shipping: We presently do not have Expedited shipping. We are working with our shipping partners to have this service available to you soon.

Undelivered Package

Please make sure that the delivery address you provide while placing your order is correct. All packages undelivered due to wrong shipping address will be discarded and destroyed by the shipping company after three attempts.

If an order is refused by the recipient, we cannot refund the cost of the goods or shipping. This is due to the additional return shipping charges that we would be liable to pay.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue for further necessary action.

Return & Refund Policy

Orders once placed and processed cannot be cancelled, Returned or Refunded.  Due to the high cost of International shipping, it sometimes is not viable to accept returns.

If a parcel is lost or damaged, we will need to submit a claim to the courier. For damaged goods we will need to be informed within 2 days of the goods being delivered in order to submit a claim to the courier. Photo evidence of items and all packaging is required for all claims for damaged items. Please retain all items and packaging until any claims have been settled. Once a claim is completed the cost of the product and postage charges of that particular product may be refunded. We will investigate all claims and our decision on any compensation to be paid is final.

Hands to Mind will not be held responsible for orders that are confiscated or delayed by Customs and Border Protection. Customers are advised to contact their local Customs before placing an order to check on current limits and restrictions for their country.
